Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review and resolve the situation.
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Incorrect item was sent
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
